​Return Period

​Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection laws.

​Eligibility for Returns

​Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

​The original invoice or proof of purchase from SA Luxury must be provided.

​Lighting fixtures and chandeliers must not have been installed or modified.

​Fragile Items (Chandeliers & Crystal)

​Customers are required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

​Any damage or breakage during shipping must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos.

​We are not responsible for damage occurring after installation by a third party.

​Non-Returnable Items

​Custom-made or bespoke orders tailored to specific requirements.

​Items showing signs of misuse or damage from incorrect installation.

​Refund Process

​Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

​Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card via Stripe).

​For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to a UAE-based account.

​Shipping fees may be deducted unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect
