Return and Refund policy

Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection laws.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
The original invoice or proof of purchase from SA Luxury must be provided.
Lighting fixtures and chandeliers must not have been installed or modified.
Fragile Items (Chandeliers & Crystal)
Customers are required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Any damage or breakage during shipping must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos.
We are not responsible for damage occurring after installation by a third party.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or bespoke orders tailored to specific requirements.
Items showing signs of misuse or damage from incorrect installation.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card via Stripe).
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to a UAE-based account.
Shipping fees may be deducted unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect
